Simple Summer Dishes

This is the perfect pasta replacement and with so many options, zucchini spaghetti has found its way into the weekly rotation. Other simple, but yummy options I'm looking forward to trying include a Spinach Parmesan, Lemon Garlic, Shrimp Scampi and Creamy Avocado version.
