No Shop February

This post is long overdue and I'm in denial that we are halfway through the month. Regardless, I've given up shopping for the entire month and I'm happy to report that I havent cheated and I'm on track to finish the month strong.

I've joined some amazing ladies this month in a #noshopfeb challenge. What's the reward you ask? Hopefully a new approach to spending, a more intentional wardrobe, less clutter and stuff in general. I've created some bad habits recently (Target runs every Saturday morning), which gets me into trouble. I also have a completely full closet of clothes that I either need to wear, donate or consign.

I've given up all clothing purchases, beauty products and home decor. The only purchases I've made are for my husband's birthday at the end of the month, Valentine's Day classroom gifts, and a few things the boys needed. Aside from that, I'm hunkered down this month and my wallet is loving it. I'm thankful it's  a short month and we have no major events. Have you ever given up shopping for an entire month?

I'm really excited about this challenge and I hope you follow along. You can check out all the other ladies participating here:

I'll plan on doing an end of challenge recap to share more on my experience, but if you have any questions, definitely let me know.

Happy NO shopping month!
